In countries where we operate OVCI has a Comprehensive Strategic Plan.

For each country in which OVCI is present, a strategic plan approved by the Council has been drawn up, with the aim of planning OVCI's activities and commitments over the next five years.

Each strategic plan focuses on the historical presence of OVCI in the country concerned, and then defines the objectives, resources and timing of the planned project activities.

In each country, the  Country acting in the name and on behalf of the Organization is appointed in its geographical area and - in addition to coordinating and harmonize the projects activated - it is the on-site spokesperson of the Strategic Plan of the Organization.

In Italy, the Project Office is supported by a Desk Officer, that is to say a technical adviser with the task of supporting the Projects Office in the evaluation and implementation of ongoing and future projects and commitments.
